Micheal Rose

Ok guys need help. About 3 weeks ago my brother was driving my truck. He said it almost die on him but he made it home but it won't start. So i come home get the keys and starts right up. I take it for a spin and coming up hills I have a loss of power and 3 seconds later powers back. Not sure whats happening. Runs fine on level ground and almost dies going up hill.
