Bobby 2020 GMC SIERRA

Hi! I just bought a new 2020 GMC SEIRRA and while at a stop or low RPMS, it surges and is not shifting correctly... what is the problem? I had another new one that did the same thing and it’s dangerous when at a stop. I fixed it by changing all the coils, because the #1 cylinder coil was bad and that spark plug was broken at the tip where it fires. I want to have this one fixed but GM says it’s part of the break in process. I know this is not correct. Please help!
