My 2021 Denali that I bought in September has had several issues and I see the topics already. But, has anyone had an issue with their 3rd row headrests not staying up? It has happened for both of mine. They were both "fixed" only to have both broken again. Now the dealer is saying they know of the issues with the 3rd row headrests, but they are awaiting on info from GMC on the fix. Its now been 4 weeks with 2 broken headrests. So far I haven't driven this vehicle 1 day since owning it without at least 1 issue.

Yes, my Yukon Denali is 3 weeks old. This warning has come on at least 300x times for me now. Sometimes it is 50x in 10 minutes, other times it doesn't come on. Dealer said to me there is a GM bulletin about it and my car does have an error code, but they can't fix it without a software update that hasn't been sent out. For an 82000 vehicle, this better get fixed soon. Makes driving very annoying. I'm honestly not sure the dealer has any clue on how to fix it. Might try another dealership.

I have had my Denali 3 weeks. Same issue. Took it once, no fix. Here now, and they said it is a software update that hasn't gotten pushed to them yet. I've seen on Tahoe forums it was a seat issue with the wiring. I'm not sure which it is, but thinking I may take it to another dealer if they don't seem to know what it is here.
