Is that with the stock 18's? It looks good!

Hey all, I have a 2020 Silverado Crew Cab LT 4wd and I've just purchased a ReadyLift 4" SST which will be installed soon. I wanted to keep the stock rims (because I like them and I'm cheap)! They are 18 x 8.5 and I am looking at running the Nitto Terra Grappler G2's at 285/75R18. I know there are issues with the brake caliper on these trucks. Since these are already stock rims will I have an issue and if so what size spacer will I need to clear the caliper? Thanks in advance!
