  1. Yeah, it is the torque converter. Have to replace the transmission because of it.
  2. 140,000 and 6 speed. It’s the 6l80 transmission.
  3. I removed the front drive shaft and tried that. Still doing the same thing. I noticed when driving it happens at low rpm’s at a steady speed and the rpm’s jump when it happens.
  4. Can you drive it without a front driveshaft?
  5. 2017 Silverado double cab 4x4, I changed the rear gears so I can only drive in 2wd until I get the front ones changed. it has a 9 inch Mcgaughy’s lift on it. am having a grinding noise and it sounds like it’s coming from under the front area. It happens when I am pressing the gas and staying at the same speed. Say If I am going 35 and I am lightly pressing the pedal to stay around that speed I hear a loud grinding and vibration. If I let off the gas it stops, if I press the gas harder it stops. I really need some help with this. I can’t figure out what the problem is.
  6. Not sure yet. I am thinking about making a custom panel and using that pocket on the left side of the dash that isn’t being used for anything.
  7. I am installing some rocker switches for my rock lights. The switches have leds in them that I need to come on anytime the truck in on but I can’t seem to find out where to wire them to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  8. Does anyone know of a shorter aftermarket antenna that has factory reception and keeps it so your station and song info still shows up?
  9. The battery is new. It seems like the antennas get interference at shopping centers. Just not sure what to do about it.
  10. I have a 2017 Silverado. Most of the time I can use my key fob without any issues. Then there are times that it doesn’t work at all. I changed the battery in the key fob but that didn’t solve the problem. It seems to act up more at places like Walmart. Can anyone help me out with this?
