This exact thing happened to me as well took out infotainment fuse flipped it around and problem solved. It was a 15 amp fuse #44 on passenger side fuse box on my 2019 silverado LD

I had this exact issue pulled infotainment fuse on passenger side. Fuse was fine turned it around and this fixed the problem immediately. Good luck guys #44 15 amp for me 2019 silverado ld
