  1. Yah I found that out. It was a lot more involved than I expected. I finally had to sign up for 3 days of access to the service manual so I could see the removal procedure. Mine was slightly different than yours. I didn't have to remove the dash pad or anything on top. However, because I have the LTZ version with a different center console arrangement, I did have to remove the lower center console stuff (in front of the box between the seats) so I could get the radio/screen stuff removed. From there, I could gain access to the lower and upper glove box screws and take them out to get behind them. Thanks!
  2. I signed up for the ac delco tech manual access. Looks like I have to take apart a lot more than I thought I would. I'll let everyone know how it goes.
  3. That helps me get to the part that opens out, however, it still doesn't get me behind the plastic that is the back wall. I need to get behind the box so I can run some wires to install a gmrs radio. I'm going to try to sign up for the 3 day access to the tech manual and see if I can figure it out from there. https://www.acdelcotds.com/subscriptions#
  4. This may be just what I need to figure out how to remove the upper and lower glove boxes. Thanks!
  5. I'm trying to install a gmrs radio in my 2021 silverado 1500 (duramax engine) and I need to remove the upper and lower glove box. I can't find information anywhere on how to remove them. Anyone have a pointer to information on how to remove them?
  6. I have the same question. Trying to install a GMRS radio and need to get back behind the dash to run some wires, and see if I can see where the firewall can be penetrated.
