    Well after only a few weeks, I got a ticket for my exhaust. I have catback duals to 6” tips on a 2019 silverado 5.3. The citation sheet is getting framed don’t worry. Any suggestions on “legalizing” my exhaust while still having straights?

    My 2019 silverado 5.3 is about time for another oil change (has 45k miles btw). The dealership still has 6 free oil changes but i was just thinking about doing it myself since i dont have to wait around for someone else to. Does anyone know if this voids any kind of engine warranty ?

    Depends on the application. Im a high school kid and now im gonna clap out all my friends. In 30 years i doubt seriously I will care how loud my truck is.

    Just yesterday, took in my 2019 5.3 to get some exhaust work- third cat delete to true dual straight pipes and 6” slash cut tips. Let me tell you, shes loud and it’s exactly what I want. The drone on the inside is pretty immense but who cares. The cold start is to die for. There is a slight rattle on the deceleration sometimes, but i think it’s a hanger that’s loose which will be taken care of shortly. If y’all are considering exhaust options I would highly recommend you go big or go home.

    Well today i got it done and i ended up going full send and getting true duals with the third cat cutout straight back to 6” tips no mufflers. And let me tell you she loud as heck. I took her on the interstate and the cylinder deactivated thing wasnt very noticeable and didn’t bother me.

    Next Saturday, Lord willing, i am getting my exhaust done on my 5.3 2019. Getting the muffler replaced with pipe and some 6” slash cut tips welded at a angle. The stock hdmi port looking tips are likely going to stay in because the hole might look weird. Anyone done something similar and got any advice/experience?

    I picked up a 2019 silverado and it is painfully quiet. I want something cheap that a muffler shop can do but still is decently loud. Was thinking muffler delete but not sure, need some advice. Also does taking off the flapper void any kind of warranty?
