Dears, i have a 2018 Yukon SLE , last year on 20kkm suddenly the car starts vibrating hard and lose power and after this the engine alarm starts blinking along with the traction control for around 2 min then stopped. the car kept behaving not normally as moving hard with bad noise and when you slow down it feel like something hitting the car from the back . when it turn it off and ON the car become normal again!!!! I submitted it to the local dealer and they dont know what to do as this issue showed three times . Every time they come up with new issues. Please i need your kind help if any one know what should i do . Thanks

Thanks for the feedback. As my understanding this table is showing the oil temperature on the left side and on the right side is the viscosity for each . as you see in 20w @120C the V =6 how much this will be on the oil pressure, as these are our conditions.

We have an extreme weather, it’s reaching 55C and under direction sun is 65C that is why most of the owners not using such oil . however the local dealer keep using it .

I think the situation here is due to the extreme hot weather and the used oil 0w20 . Which reflects on the oil gauge

That’s clear. My car on 600rmp about 20 . and we are using 0w20 oil , is this has anything to do with it?

Thanks, I really appreciate your reply. Please advise what is the normal operating range for the oil pressure. and what is normal for the 100F and above weather? also can you please be kind and explain the relation between the outside weather and the oil pressure readings. Thanks in advance

Thanks newdude , the outside temperature is 100f now and no i don’t get any warring on the dashboard

Hi dears , i have a 2018 Yukon, and i just noticed the oil pressure is about 20 on idle (full stop) . on accelerating the oil pressure go up to 50 and arround it. please should i worry about it or this consider normal? OD is 55k km .
