My 2020 Suburban used to have a split screen showing both the radio and navigation. I took it to the local dealer and they told me that the 2020 Suburban never had that ability on the infotainment system. It used to show both, does anyone have a 2020 Suburban that shows a split screen? thanks

I have a 2020 suburban That the infotainment system stopped showing the radio/navigation in split screen. The local dealer says they checked another 2020 and it didn’t have so they don’t believe it every had it. I appreciate any help or information. Thanks

Somehow I lost my split screen that showed my radio station and navigation map. What do I need to do to get it back. I’ve tried several ways and nothing works,I only get one or the other nothing split screen.
