    2018 Silverado 3500 High Country. Truck is having serious electrical issues. Sometimes the dash and radio will just go black momentarily, “service stabilitrak” will pop up, dash dims up and down at night, and headlights dim up and down at night. Dealer says it’s voltage spike/alternator problem but batteries and alternator all test “good” Anyone else have this issue before?
