I have been experiencing this crazy jerk when slowing down and stopping the vehicle. It has been to the shop a few times, and they say it is normal. I disagree as it is getting worse. It seems to shifting hard on the down shift, and now on the up shift when accelerating. Has anyone heard of this? Thoughts? Suggestions? I am beating my head against a wall at the moment as Chevy does not want to address it.
