  1. Thanks but that's for compressor to condenser..unfortunately
  2. Hey All, I accidentally stripped the connector for the AC Liquid Line. It's the one that goes to the condenser and then to the Evaporator. " where the orifice tube is". The truck is '90 K5 Blazer, no rear ac. 350ci. I bought one from 4 seasons several years back but I'm not seeing it listed anymore. Here is a pic of the one I'm looking for. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
  3. Thanks Rav3, Yea I watched that one and a couple others. One said that it was fuse 92 and another was showing that it was 47. I checked it and it's good. Oddly enough it is labeled for the TPS so I'm still not sure if there is one or not. I'm wondering if I need the pcm re-flashed as some showed on the actual replacement shutter that it may be required. I really don't want to bring this in to the dealer but if it need re-flashing I have no choice. I've disconnected the both cables on the battery and going to let it sit overnight. Maybe something will reset but I doubt it.
  4. Hello all, I disconnected my battery for about 30 min and when i put the negative cable on there was a little more of an arch the im used to seeing. Now im getting a consistent U1510 code (LIN BUS 1 LOST COMM WITH DEVICE 0) Shutter issue? I'm thinking and hoping it's a fuse. Did some research and some info pointed to fuse #92. I can't find it on any of the three blocks? Is there a fuse for this circuit and where would it be? Any help would be greatly appreciated. 2017 Silverado 1500 5.3l ltz Thanks!!
  5. That was what I was thinking evl. Get used to it. Dont get me wrong I can tell its trying to optimize mileage. Very obvious to me. Weather it affects the driveability or comfort I will post. I have no axe to grind or any ill will. Just want provide data based on my experience. So far, I have no serious complaints. Thanks for your comment.
  6. Thanks for your input amxguy, Thats what I was looking into, just how common these issues were. I understand that you can find issues with every make and model. Ive done enough of that. Instead of a buss pass, I decided to go with a 17 Silverado High Desert package. I absolutely love the truck. The sales man let me drive it on the highway up to 85mph and it ran great...no shake at all, super smooth and quiet. probably the best riding truck Ive ever had. Only thing I noticed is that it seems to shift into first gear too early when coming to a stop, The service mgr explained that it should be smoother after it "learns" something about an adaptive process. I was hesitant to let go of my 03 f250 as it was a great truck but I think I made the right call.
  7. So I was seriously considering buying a 2017 Silverado this morning. Went to the Dealership here in Tampa to see if they would address any of these vibrating issues. The salesmam said he's never heard of it but the manager said he has and its been resolved. When I asked what the fix was he looked away and said "I dont know". I've been a loyal customer for over 40 years and have several GM products in my storage facility and driveway. Honestly this was the worst experience Ive ever had on a chevy lot. I wont mention the name of the dealership but Im considering contacting the owner and telling him his manager recommended I go to carmax for my trade in. (F250 03 loaded with only 71k miles and in excellent condition. The wife and I were shocked at the attitude from the beginning of breaching the issue of a potential issue with the truck we wanted to buy. They lost a customer at least until I can get some resolution to this vibration issue. Cant imagine spending all that money for something that I would hate to drive. Has anyone driven the 18's yet? Do they do it too?
