Yes it was programed to the Vin. And I will take that into consideration when the new pcm gets here

Looking for any help... I recently did a refresh of my 5.3. I put a small cam in it and brought it to a tuner wile there it Bricked my stock pcm so I had to replace it new one came it started after that it was flashed with Hp tuners started and ran. Then he made one more change and then no start no crank. I've been through every plug and ground I can read the codes which is lost p0606 and a u0107 how ever they will not clear no matter what. The pcm says the transmission is demanding 3rd gear how ever it I unplug it it still reads the same. I've chased the crank signal to the pcm but nothing comes out. So I ordered another pcm this one came and I have the same exact symptoms. Any input would be great put about 200miles on swap before it was tuned other the it wouldn't idle do to cam it drove fine.
