  1. Yep. Battery is roughly 4 months old.
  2. After checking fuses, grounds, changing bulbs and harnesses and doing the “resets,” to no avail, I am humbly going to take my truck to the shop. I’m at a total loss now. I’m sure it’s the BCM. Is there anything I’m forgetting to try first?
  3. Can you explain that to dummy like me? I’m not very experienced with electrical lol
  4. Yes, all of the lights work. The right side is fine. Only the left side is “failed.”
  5. Isn’t the BCM near the steering column?
  6. I have the left turn indicator failure. I’ve changed bulbs, harness, checked the grounds, checked the trailer brake and changed the fuse. I’m genuinely lost at this point. Could it be within the ECU?
  7. I have a 2014 Sierra SLT 5.3. I just changed the alternator and now it is giving me a service battery charging system. It wasn’t on before I changed the alternator. The battery is less than a year old as well.
  8. Update….I got a quote for $1000 to repaint both the door and the C-post.
  9. Once again, thank you for your help. I really appreciate it.
  10. Ok cool. Thanks for the advice. Duplicolor then clear on top, right?
  11. 30 days if I decide to go the duplicolor and rebadge route??
  12. I don’t see any bare metal. I had that door repainted a couple of years ago. I’m wondering if it was a shoddy job. The front door was just fine when I removed the molding.
  13. What would prepping entail? Wet sanding, priming then duplicolor?
  14. No my friend, that there is missing paint after molding removal.
