Once in a blue moon

Must be a auto reply ------ as I stated - numerous phone calls to the customer care line and no phone call back GM customer care prove me wrong

Hello all I have a 2017 Chev Silverado that has developed a distinct vibration and low growl ( only in 4 auto ) Has anyone else had this issue? Ive been playing cat and mouse with GM HO for almost 3 mouths with no end in site. Its been apart 3 times with local dealer saying its fixed only to have the issues reappear in under 100 KMs Any help with either a solution or where I should look for other help would be great Ryan
