  1. There is a wireless camera now available from GMC and Chevyparts. Getting ready to pull the trigger.
  2. As anyone tried the wireless camera now available from GM? It sounds promising. https://accessories.chevrolet.com/product/Add-On-Wireless-Trailer-Camera-for-IntelliHaul-20-Systems-by-EchoMaster®-Associated-Accessories-19421453?bac=114509,163961,114456,114472,130578,245968,114512,319247,114519,302761,168371,114476,318277,225875,114482,317740,290242,185302,114511,114506,210266,199875,114488,265667,295191
  3. I see that Echomaster now has a wireless trailer camera for Intellehaul 2.0. GM sells it as P/N 19421453. (https://www.shopchevyparts.com/trailering/2022-sierra-3500-trailering-camera-system-add-intellihaul-wireless-trailer-camera/19421453-p-92318491.html). Has anyone installed this? Is it a good substitute for the wired camera? It looks promising!
  4. I too had the opportunity to try out the auto function. No problem at highway speeds over the passes or street speeds on icy roads. It worked real smooth, no herky-jerkey in sharp turns like I remember from my other 4wd trucks. I also saw that if a wheel looses traction, the HUD shows which wheel is loosing traction when braking and accelerating. Not that it helps much, but it shows that the computer is monitoring all wheels.
  5. So, GM got involved and the local dealer contacted me and set up an appointment. Yesterday, I had it in for service. They couldn't duplicate (not surprised!) nor were there any codes found. They applied Bulletin #22-NA-169 to update the step control module. We wait and see. BTW, the same issue has happened when pass. door is opened and drivers door opened seconds later. This was prior to the update, so we'll see if it fixed the issue.
  6. Check the connections to the starter. It sounds like maybe there may be corrosion on one of the connections.
  7. I'm looking to install a cover...Why the Retrax Pro MX and are you still happy with it? I want to have the ability to add racks.
  8. 7 month old. The problem started on the first hot day.
  9. I've had the same problem since it was new. It never acts up when at the dealer (no surprise). I do notice it happens most often when the OAT is over 90 degrees and more often than not on the driver's side. It hasn't occurred since the weather cooled off. This becomes a safety issue as if they do not deploy, it is a LONG drop to the ground! I've almost fallen twice and the wife once. If it is happening this often, you would think GM would take notice.
  10. I'm having the exact same problem. I've been able to attribute it hot weather. It seems to happen only when the outside air temp is over 90 degrees, give or take. Now that cool weather has arrived, it's been working just fine. I had it in for 7500 mile check. I was told that unless the mechanic can "make it happen" there is little they can do. I guess I'll wait for summer to get it fixed!
