  1. I'm not sure if I'm hearing that kind of sound. Sounds more like a clicking
  2. Hey everyone I was just wondering if anyone had a video on how their 2.7 sounds at idle and with some throttle when parked? I'm almost positive the noise I'm hearing is normal whether it be the injectors or the high pressure injection system. Came from a 2017 yukon with the 5.3 to a 2019 with a 2.7L turbo. Love the truck fully loaded just wanted some peace of mind here. Doesn't sound like a tick or a knock more of a hard clicking almost like a sewing machine
  3. Might try this again in a few days. I tried using a 12v to 5v DC inverter and wire it directly to the positive and negative pins on the USB A port, but didn't work. It seems power has to come from the mini usb port on the SD card slot port. I will be taking a meter to see where 12v comes in so I can jump that straight to the usbs and give them power.
  4. Well, that didn't work. Seems as if you cant split off the mini usb port. I tried connection the center console usb port to the dash harness and the radio freaks out. I have the AA wireless dongle so for now just to hide it, I opened the harness on my usb cable for aa wireless and soldered the wires directly to the pins on the usb port. The cable works for AA wireless as well as plugging my phone into it. HOWEVER...yes there is a caviat to this..if you try to plug something into the usb port, data connection stops however it does still charge. The usb C port works just fine no matter what because I didn't tie into this. There must be some software limitations as to how many ports run. I don't see a solution to this at the moment. The only thing I can think of doing to add charge only ports in the center console is to get the Blank and the usb ports that are in the dash and cut a hole into the blank and insert the ports then make a harness for power. It won't look 100% factory but it will be enough
  5. I see there hasn't been much updates here with a more permanent solution. I did the same swap however my lt was fully loaded minus a sunroof and oem trailer brake. I got the full center console with the SD slot and usb a and usb c ports and aux port and 2 rear ports. Same thing happened with me. Rear ports work, centers do not. Plug extension harness in and the radio freezes. I think I may have thought of a solution. I ordered a mini usb splitter. The truck will plug into the splitter and the other end will plug into the original port that was already occupied(My dash has usb and usb c port with the one open port on the back side) the other end will be a mini usb male. From there I will connect a mini usb female end into that and on the other end will be mini usb male to plug into the ports in the center console. From there it should have charge and data. If this doesn't work then I will have to order the center console ports without the SD card slot and aux port
