Does anyone know if they do a full update of software or just the power steering module? I’d love to have my transmission and touchscreen software updated but don’t want to pay the $110 fee for what will likely not help any of the issues.
Thanks for the offer and help but I'm trying to get this done as cheap as possible (just bought my daughter a Camaro!). Since it doesn't require programming I may try to find one local and buy just the screen. My radio works just fine and I can control it with the buttons but would like to be able to use the screen again.
The dealer said the replacement unit for my truck is part number 23383728 and requires programming.
The display is fine but the touch doesn’t work. The dealer wants $450 for the screen and $200 for install and programming. I can’t quite make out the part number on you unit to see if it matches the new number the dealer gave me. Sorry for posting with two users. Tapatalk keeps making a generic user.
Anyone know if I can use the display from this to replace my 2015 23485741 unit? Any programming required?
I bought a set of Bridgestone H/L Alenza’s that were take offs for my 2015 4x4 LTZ. I got them cheap so I ignored that they aren’t the newer “plus” models. I have no complaints with them but haven’t been in the snow yet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Does anyone know if a new screen will requires any programming to work with my HMI? I can't find a breakdown of the difference between different screens. I'm going to look to be sure this weekend but I think my part number is 23383728.
Thanks for the post, I didn't think of MVI. I'll message them to see what they recommend. I may pull it out and at least reseat any connectors that I can find. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
My 2015 LTZ is not sensing touch on the bottom half of the screen most of the time. The top usually works along with the very bottom row. Anyone know what the fix will probably be? I'm out of warranty. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
