I know its probably late but i had this same issue. Take the intake off and clean the throttle body, Push it back and clean out all the gunk and make sure the plate goes back to flat. The gummed up carbon and dirt causes it not to fully close and tells the Throttle body position sensor its not right and causes the engine power issue
