    They have to respond in 14 days from the date of service or its a default judgement. Mediation is also required in my County which by law must be done within 60 days.

    I downloaded and filled out the paperwork. Took to my County Courthouse (We have 3 locations in our big county) and filed then mailed the Court certified originals to GM's registered agent in my State. I'm only claiming the cost of the replacement speakers and what I paid for the Bose system per the MSRP. Claim is under 6k.

    I went with the Rockford Fosgate Punch series. Also filed a small claims action against GM.

    As everyone knows the sound is terrible.... I replaced my speakers with the Rockford Fosgate Punch series in my refreshed 2023 Sierra. They sound great. But once my installer removed the alleged factory Bose speakers he discovered they weren't Bose speakers at all..... I'm guessing that GM just put speakers in that fit due to shortages and we paid extra for garbage and replacing the speakers. I smell a class action lawsuit.

    How is the windshield 50 percent tint with oncoming headlights? Also any issues with using the defrost vents?

    GMC states in multiple mediums that the refresh 23' Sierra SLT with the premium Bose system has 7 speakers. I found 6... Where is # 7?

    One would think it would sound better than a one speaker radio under a pillow..... Garbage speakers for $68k truck.

    I've had my new 2023 SLT 4x4 X31 with 3.0 for 2 weeks. I like the ride. it is smooth and comfortable for my 30 mile commute.
