Crisis avoided. I called OnStar by pushing the blue button in my truck instead of calling the support line, no idea if there’s a difference, but hitting the blue button was much more helpful today. I had read some else on this forum to tell/ask OnStar to make sure the Vin number is associated with the new module. The advisor sent a “new signal“ and said it had to be updated. Now my app works, everything seems to be fixed.
