A while back my truck started having issues shifting it would occasionally get stuck in 3rd gear but would return to shifting normal by shutting truck off and starting it up again . Was told by garage could be a clogged filter and to start by replacing transmission filter and fluid change. Changed filter and fluid to no avail. After it got stuck in third again after change it did not come back out . Proceeded to replace both shift solenoids and the internal harness off a suggestion from someone else stating this transmission (4L80E) was known for the harness going and causing solenoid issues. After changing Solenoids and Harness it was back to shifting like normal. Until today after only about 100 miles since solenoid changes it won't shift above third again . Will allow me to put it into 1st and 2nd via shifter but won't shift up or down in Drive( stuck in 3rd) Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated at this point the trucks become a money pit.
