    I am looking to buy a new 2023 GMC savannah van from Texas GMC dealer, the sales rep mentioned that the vans in Texas have a FE9 emissions code and Connecticut has an NE1 emissions code and I need to find out if this new van can be registered in Connecticut or does FE9 not meet or exceed NE1?
