    Sorry, never got a notification of this reply. Yes, it was installed at time of emissions test. Never even thought to research it beforehand. 4 incomplete readiness items. Removed it, and within 2 days it showed 0 incomplete, or, ready to test. Had to wait the week they required, and it passed easily. Re-installed Pulsar LT the same day.

    FWIW, I went to get my truck tested after work today. Not Ready... Figured I'd give it a shot, and it didn't work out, lol Maryland, Baltimore city testing station, fwiw.
