Can a radio issue cause this malfunction of the rear backup lines?! Seems odd. I understand that this entire truck is a computer so nothing is beyond by imagination.

I tried this and it did not correct the issue. Really sucks to have to deal with this on a 2 week old truck.

Brand new 24 GMC 1500 (-650 miles) and the guidelines have never worked. The selector for this option is ‘greyed’ out on the reverse camera screen, and I have the blue hourglass in the top-left of the screen. any ideas on how to get them back on without a trip to the dealership?
