  1. Looks like this is within range for the ambient temp at the time of the test which is 175 to 210 at 80 degrees. Looks like I'm going after the two drivers side actuators.
  2. The info in the PI makes the most sense right now. The drivers left vent was about 5 ish degrees behind the passenger side, and the drivers right (drivers console in the PI) was nearly 15 behind. After about 10 minutes of driving, all four were equal temps. I don't have a guage to measure AC pressure but according to the OBD data, it was between 192 and 198 psi. Trying to find the specs now to see if that checks out.
  3. Looking to get a quick sanity check on my AC issue. I have a 2020 Sierra 1500 AT4. Didn't notice any issues until this last week when temps got above 90. When I start the truck up, the passenger side is almost instantly cold. The drivers side gets cold after about 5 to 10 minutes depending on how hot it is and if i get on the highway or go through town. Highway seems to help it out. Eventually both sides match in coldness. I'm down to either low freon or the blend door actuator. Not solid on which since it does get cold eventually, which makes me lean towards freon. One fix I can do myself for $60 ish and the other I'd take it in for. Trying to avoid the $200 diag fee for a $60 actuator. I'm new to GM ownership, and especially new cars in general. I can rebuild anything from the 80s and earlier but newer stuff makes me question my skills. Thanks!
