My truck was doing this. Found it to be the sway bar end was rubbing the right front CV axle. It would bind and pop. Loosen the sway bar bushing bolts and readjusted which helped but I also swapped it out for the sway bar links for ones that go on a 2023 TB part number 85590925. Like a brand new truck
