    I have this same problem still in 2024. I will say it’s always when using Apple Car Play but I’m always using Apple Car Play so I can’t say that it doesn’t happen when NOT using it. One thing I did not see mentioned here is that also get an echo sometimes like it switching to other speakers or something. Usually comes back after a couple of seconds. I also get the reboot mentioned by others. Still no fix for this?!!
