06 silverado ticking at warm idle

I have this exact issue. After idling for about 5-10 from cold start it will start ticking like that then give it some throttle and it will go away in about 15 seconds and never come back until you let the truck cool down completely and re do the process. Did you find a fix for this? Oil pressure on mine is always at half mark or more.
