  1. Return the rental if you can and call GM directly at 1-800-462-8782 and start a case, they can potentially refund you the auto payment or move your vehicle to the front of the line. I think this is was happened with our because we were just informed there were 15 other vehicles in front of ours.

We had a rental for a few days and returned it because it was a tiny SUV. They tried getting us into a loaner but we didn't pick it up. We were told there were 15 vehicles at our dealership ahead of us just last week and this week we were told the part came in.
