  1. We complained to GMCS as well and have been getting constant "so sorry" emails with no ETA on a replacement valve body. 58 days since transmission failed. I've done the NHTSA reporting, have threatened to go the "lemon law" route and GM offered me some GM rewards points for our inconvenience.. corporate greed has definitely gotten in the way of customer service.
  2. 2024 Silverado 1500 has been in the shop for over one month now for the same issue, valve body with no parts available. Dealer's Service Manager won't return my calls - I'm emailing Chevy customer service just so that I can have a paper trail for a Lemon Law case.. Texas has a 30 day clause in their Lemon Law verbiage that basically says any new vehicle that has been in for service more than 30 days over a 24 month period is covered under the Texas Lemon Law. This issue is not the first time the truck has been in for service. Won't be going with GM ever again..
