Sorry for bringing old post back to life. I am having very similar issues. Started with remote start then alarm went off and remote turned off. Then next day remote started then it turned off a few minutes later. I am assuming it’s the same hood issue. However, I opened my hood and it showed open hood on the dashboard. It could be it worked that time. I tried the remote start after I closed the hood and it worked. But I think that is something odd here. Wondering if I should change the hood latch to figure it out. no other error on the dashboard, all doors and windows were fully locked. thanks!!
