i have 285 70 18 hercules aggressive tread on a 2015 1500 lt stock height havent rubbed at all had the truck 2 months put tires on it when i bought it

Im looking to "deck" my truck out with lights especially more back up lights factory ones stink. just bought my 2015 silverado lt 2wd with 132k on it got new tires loving that style. now onto what i need help with wanting to do lights on bottom of the bumper lights on hood some rock lights but not sure whats reputable/ reliable out there.
