    Nevermind. I solved it. The wiring harness didn't connect like all the videos showed. You had to feed the harness through the light housing, underneath the truck to a location where a number of other electric harness' merged.

    Bought a Halogen to LED tail light from americantrucks.com. No videos or included instructions out there to support the conversion that I could find. The wiring harness' do not seem to match and the new tail light harness is super long which makes it seem like you are supposed to access the harness inside the body somewhere.
