Mr. Richard, my older trucks (48-96) were all the same way. Pass side would stop at the dashbd. and driver stopped at steering wheel. This is my newest truck in over 5 years and the lever is in same place as older trucks just seat will not go up but about 2 or 3 inches. I have looked on YouTube, google and all kind of sights and forums. Must not have read the post i sent too well, plus no standard cab all 4 door so they all chimed in how to work with the back seat! ;0( Thx for your help sir!

I know my truck comes standard with a tilt back seat(s)and if you want to call it that, a forward tilt? Why doesn't it tilt forward enough to get behind the back? I have been reaching between the seats over the console to insert all kind of stuff for storage and just like trying to get the jack equipment out from behind the passenger seat. What a joke. Anybody thought about this or anyone made the seats fold further than before? I sure appreciate your help if you have and can explain it to me how it is done.! Pic of my seats below. Just standard 2 bucket and 3 as foldup console for the WT truck
