  1. So I have searched all over and can not find the where the wires are for the front speakers. I know they are behind the dash/glove box but I have not been able to locate a good tap point. Pictures of the wire harness I have found but not the location or general area. I have the sub installed except for the speaker wires for signal. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Any yes I have seen the posts on this forum but they do not show what I am looking for. Or at least I have not seen one that references what I am searching for.
  2. OK I think I have finally figured out the part needed. So my truck has harness 84997325. 84997325.jfif https://parts.gmparts.com/product/gm-genuine-parts-front-floor-console-wiring-harness-84997325?body=Crew Cab Pickup&bodyId=22&bodyNumDoors=5&bodyNumDoorsId=5&drive=4WD&driveId=8&engine=5.3L V8 GAS&engineId=2059&make=Chevrolet&makeId=47&model=Silverado 1500&modelId=491&trim=LTZ&trimId=478&wheel=Short Box&wheelId=651&year=2021&bac=224006 The part needed for the center USB is 84997323. This harness is for the higher trim. 84997323.jfif https://parts.gmparts.com/product/gm-genuine-parts-front-floor-console-wiring-harness-84997323?bac=224006&body=Crew Cab Pickup&bodyId=22&bodyNumDoors=5&bodyNumDoorsId=5&drive=4WD&driveId=8&engine=5.3L V8 GAS&engineId=2059&make=Chevrolet&makeId=47&model=Silverado 1500&modelId=491&trim=LTZ&trimId=478&wheel=Short Box&wheelId=651&year=2021 I am in debate whether to order the part and try to add the USB as I do not have the radio with navigation. I feel like the charger function will work. If I take the chance and try I will follow up with the final verdict. (5/8/2025)
  3. So this may be the dumbest thing GM does. If I use the auto function for the A/C (I always run the AC being in Florida) it shuts off the recirculating function for the A/C. This then lets hot moist air into the cab. My question, is there a way to use the auto function and still have the regulating function stay on? My Toyota would do the same thing but after you hit auto you could turn the recirculating function on and it would still stay in Auto mode. This was in a 2010 Highlander.
  4. Center console no wireless charger no rear heated seats. I do have usb in the back seats.
  5. So I just bought a 21 RST Silverado and I am missing the USB connections inside the center console. My question is has anyone added this and if so did you have to buy a different wiring harness? I have been searching the internet for three days straight and I cant find anyone that has done this. I am a little amazed it is not already there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
