Redneck Limo

Has anyone experienced issues with their truck after the TCM Update? After updating mine, it immediately (before I left the dealership) threw a P1098. The dealer then replaced the engine coolant control valve and cleared the code. The next morning (after three or so starts), the engine throws another code (P2C7A), and the dealer now has the truck and is sending logs to Detroit for the technicians to review. With an ETA of "we have no clue when you'll get your truck back." The service managers kinda implied that this is going to be a bit of a ******-show. I realize the TCM isn't the ECM, but the timing of all the codes is one-for-one. Asked them if they could roll it back and of course the answer was a hard no. Love this motor/truck but it being in the shop for undetermined amounts of time while I have to drive a Buick Enclave isn't going to work for me.
