Hey guys. I am currently dealing with engine knock after changing lifter 1. Full story: My truck started running rough one day while on the highway. Real sluggish, and lacking power. I also got a flashing check engine light. Tested it and got p0301. Checked the lifters and 1 was collapsed. Swapped it, checked the cam, and there was no damage, so I put everything back together. Started it up and I have a knocking sound. Keep in mind I had no sounds before. Does anybody have any idea what this could be? VID_20260203_121703270~2.mp4
