    Install a 34" radiator from a 2500 6.0 L or a 2005 1500 one. Look up part #'s, to verify same. You will need longer upper radiator hose, bottom is same.

    Same issue I had, on a 99 silverado. Took each wire, out of connector, and slightly pinch metal, closer. Problem solved.

    Fuel pump fuse resets the pcm, can cause issues with smog monitors. I did this with a 34" radiator, in a 1500, during winter. Buy a 20-25 amp switch, cut the "to start wire" and use same gauge or thicker wire. Hide the switch.

    I would not accessorize, too much, on the exterior. Flowmaster 50 or Borla muffler. 3" tailpipe, hidden, route under pass. frame. Stop behind hitch cross bar. Alarm with ignition kill. Pop-n-lock tailgate lock. Autoguard hood latch. Stant gas cap lock. Mcguard wheel lug locks. Gm spare tire lock. Add bass speaker and amp. Use stock setup, maybe upgrade door speakers. Wheels and tires, when stock ones are wore out, make some truck payments, first.

    Yes. Remove the caliper with pads, and then remove the disc. The parking brake is inside the disc, on the back side. Do one side at a time.

    The parking brake adjustment is on the rear disc, inside. Remove the rear disc, look for a star cylinder adjusting screw. Use a 12 in. micrometer to measure drum, then measure drum pads. Difference should be .6604 mm or .02 in.
