Front End Popping About To Drive Me Crazy

After four I shaft replacements, the spacer job on the cross member and a ball joint replacement I still had this problem. The dealer then kept my truck for three days of "Testing and Evaluation". During this time they dropped the entire front end of the truck and started replacing parts. The noise was still there... until they tightened the exhaust flanges. No more noise and as of this moment problem has not been present for six months. -

Got it! Okay, this was four years ago... still waiting to get some aftermarket rims but I have upgraded the headers from stock to JBA shortys and added a JBA Performance Exhaust. Got my hands on a K&N CAI and a Superchip programmer... wow what a difference. New photos to follow when I can find my camera... -
