I have a 2009 Tahoe LTX and went to look at the new ones. The price took my breath away (and the new body looks like a bus to me). I don't think an 8-speed is going to bring me to the fold anytime soon.

Yours is easier. You can get to the camera signals on one of the connectors to your Nav unit. How you do it is up to you. This comes from documentation for the PAC OS4 and is the wire side view of an adaptor that plugs into/onto the brown connector after is pulled from the Nav HU.
