So, I have been having this sound coming from the front right wheel. I thought it was the wheel bearing but it doesn't really sound like it too much to me. I thought to maybe grease the fittings as well but I wanted to see if anyone else had experienced this problem before. Thanks! (Skip to the end for a better sound). New Recording 7.m4a

So I had the truck make some noise and start a p0302 code as well as stabilitrak and traction control lights flashing. I understand that those lights can happen from the cpu shutting them off because of the misfire for some reason, based on other posters I have read. What I did: Brake switch Cleaned MAF Spark Plugs and Wires Coil Injector Inspected for vacuum leaks Poured some treatment in the oil and did a oil change Several tanks of premium fuel treated with b12 or Seafoam Seafoam in the brake booster line Took off the valve cover and cleaned the push rods and tried to put in some b12 chemtool, gently oiled clean push rods and put everything back together. Still have a p0302 and still rough idle. The noise and feel of the rough idle drives me nuts as my truck is pretty nice and I love it. I am planning on a lifter swap, I already ordered a Hynes manual and am looking at the lifters here: http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/shop_parts/valve_lifter/gmc/sierra_1500.html?redirect=1. Anyone have any advice on this as I prepare to undertake it? How long does something like this take? As of now I am hoping the cam shaft is still in good enough shape as the truck just started the rough idle recently. Anything else I need to replace while I am there?
