Sounds like a vacuum leak on the passenger side of the intake to me, or either a crink or blockage in the fuel crossover pipe that takes the fuel from the drivers side of the intake to the passenger side.

What decal do you mean? I got the idea to paint it all from the picture of your lower valance and you saying that you painted it. The decal that's shown a little in this pic.... And I started on painting my under hood stuff today also(thanks to you), but painting the words with a brush is time consuming....

Yes it did come with 4.10 gears. In 2003, most of the Z71's on the dealers lot were 4.10's Wow, I did not know that half tons came with 4.10s as an option.

That's just how they are, they don't ussually work, they'll reset all the time, it's very common.

I did the 1kohm resistor trick with mine, no auto lights EVER again.

Mine truck has always shifted in and out of tcc lockup around those speeds and rpms. I thought it was normal.
