I had my cruise set on 75 almost the whole way. There was two construction zones that I was down to 45 for less than ½ mile each and the occasional torne I had to slow down to about 60 for traffic. Those numbers aren't what I would call normal. It must have just been the right day and the right situation. My normal highway MPG is 21-23. Sorry everyone hates on it but I have nothing to gain by playing games or lying about it. I've seen a significant increase in gas mileage since my truck has gotten broken in and doing my normal everyday driving (2-3 mile trips with barely any highway) I get 14-15 MPG. I'm not saying I normally get 29 MPG over a 25 mile stretch on the highway but that day I did. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk 2

Whatever, I'm done talking. Internet know it all's. Have fun. I'm sorry I didn't go 400 miles in that trip to get you a 400 mile average. But in my opinion a best of 25.1 over 50 miles is awesome and a best of 29.7 over 25 miles is amazing. Don't really care what you say. If you want calculations then here based on where my fuel gauge was when I got home I used about 10 gallons of gas on a 246 mile round trip. So over all for the whole trip I averaged about 24.6 MPG (give our take) so take the pen and paper and sit on it and rotate. Next time I'll drive 400 miles just to appease you but I tend to think you'll still find something to cry about. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk 2

Never really worried that much about it cause 99% of my driving is short 3 miles or less. The instant goes up to 99% fast but the best 25 mile average is just that. The screens you see above have never been reset since I bought the truck. This was on the tail end of the trip from Cranberry Twp, pa to Bedford Springs, PA (about 120 miles). Also, if you reset those screens the "best 25, 50, and 400" sections don't show unless you've actually gone at least the distance on those screens. They are just dashes until you've actually gone those distances. I took that trip before the truck was broken in I can constantly get 22/23 on the highway now. I average about 14 mpg with my normal usage for a tank of gas now. I only have 9400 miles on the truck in a year so it took a while to get it broken in. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk 2

I might have been doing 60 when I took that picture. Might have had to slow down for someone in front of me at the time. Not true. I was doing 75 MPH on the PA turnpike and got this... It was still going up to. It's at 29.7 now and was still rising when I had to get off the exit. I'm sure I would've been able to hit well over 30 mpg as well. 50 mile average is 25 and some change and was still going up as well. I have the 5.3 with 3.42 gears and factory 22's @ 35 psi.
