  1. My apologies for not having checked this board in a while. I still use my charger daily, and it continues to work perfectly. The only challenge (unrelated to install) is I went from Samsung Note 3 to Samsung S5 which doesn't stay put as well. I've just developed the habit of reaching down and making sure it's placed all the way to the front of the tray. I'm glad to reach that this has helped.
  2. Thanks for the help. Looks like I have the expensive one.
  3. You may be right. I just assumed it was auto dim. How can I confirm?
  4. I broke the mirror glass on my passenger door (SLT Power Folding, Auto Dim, LED Turn Signal). Any suggestions on where I can get inexpensive replacement glass?
  5. Do you know if it will work if I swap my 2014 slt speedo cluster for this one? Is there additional software or inputs needed? Sent from my SM-G900V
  6. Thanks. Is the system able to work with an external drive with multiple movies stored? Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
  7. Has anyone looked into swapping out the in dash disc player for a DVD /Blu Ray player? Or does anyone have the part number for the oem in dash player? Or can you purchase the rear seat entertainment kit? The goal being to unlock in motion features and be able to play DVDs for kids. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
  8. Any update on this? Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
  9. Don't live nearby but am DEFINITELY interested. Please update when mod is available. I'm willing to be a long distance guinea pig. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
  10. Hi Cansled- Correct, the inner wire is the positive, and I connected the ground to black on the outlet.
  11. Was told that bulb can't be changed, but find that very hard to believe. Hoping someone figures out how and what bulb to use. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
  12. P.S. In not an electrician so if someone knows better than I do, please speak up. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
  13. The Nokia charger I used is 12v so I was able to wire it direct using the power cord that came with it. The power bot is 5v, so you might need to go into the USB port. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
  14. Success.... everything is installed and working. I was able to attach the spliced ends to the hot and ground on the backside of the power outlet: I put a hole in the tray and fished the power cord to the edge. You can see the cord plugged in to the charger pad: Close up of hinge where the power cord is (the slack is bundled up begins the back panel) Everything works great. The phone charges, and the outlet I tapped into is switched, so no drain when off. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
