    I got it repaired at Mark Christopher Auto Center in Ontario, CA. You'll need to talk to the Service Manager since my Service Writer was a tool.

    On my work order, it states: Reinspected as per PI 1183. Performed left front seat update. Lubed pivot points and added retainers. Completed as per PI. Parts used for this PI: Qty: 2 Part# 11611745 Desc: Retainer 11.373 Qty:1 Part# 12371287 Desc: Lubricant 8.800 So glad I refused to pick up my truck until something was fixed.

    Yes! There is finally a service bulletin on this issue. I had what felt like something shifting inside the driver's side seat cushion when I turned the vehicle. Had my truck at the dealership twice for this issue and one other that they couldn't seem to fix. On the fourth day of them scratching their heads (today), a service bulletin came through and so far, it seems like that issue is resolved. Btw, I have leather bucket seats w/ heat/cool.
