Tires are great. Ride quality is great for such a rugged tire. 2.5" in front and 2" block in rear.

I've seen same issue. I doubt it is the port since mine self-resolves after a stopping and restarting of the ignition after the truck's control modules seem to reboot.

Mine occasionally exhibits exact same issue with center USB ports. It self-resolves after the truck is shut off and systems are allowed to reboot upon following startup. Happens probably 5% of time. Always comes back to life after a shutdown of the truck and restart. Annoying I know but not unexpected in vehicles that are 90% electronic.

cut it off the stock system and reinserted it upstream of the Flowmaster.

Here is better video to audibly demonstrate the low freq rumble of my recently installed Flowmaster Super 50 Series Dual exhaust system. The OEM Flapper was retained (similar to the Borla/GM) system. This is a 6.2.

Exhaust system mods completed today. I'm very happy with the results. Went with a Flowmaster Super 50 Series single inlet/dual outlet to stainless steel dual walled oval tips. The shop incorporated my flapper valve which was cut off the stock system. The flapper was installed. Upstream of the muffler similar to the GM Borla system. Great sound, not obtrusive and none of the V4 issues others have complained of. Here's a few pics while I figure how to post video.

None to speak of. I don't perceive a diff.
