    Don't get to exited. I sent him a email and of course heard nothing back. I have written a couple of them over the two years I've had my truck with no response. I'm sure when my warranty expires the Will let me know that it's to late to help me.

    try rapid remover. its the best stuff I've ever used. works great on adhesives and tar. not nasty on your hands either http://www.rapidtac.com/rapid-remover.html

    make sure you remove the key and open and close drivers door to reset. if not it will turn back on as you left it.

    any idea on a time frame for this fix. The radio is truly my only complaint about my truck. Well that and the poor service at the dealer.
