  1. Morimoto MLED Brackets for Silverado are all done. They fit great. No dust cap modification or anything needed. I'll get our website updated this week with them on it. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

  3. Should have the Morimoto M LED projectors and brackets available in a week. Easy install. No wire harness. No dust cap modification. All wiring fits inside the headlight so no grommets needed either. Smaller than FXR so it goes in easier. Fxr is still the better performer but requires more for the install. This will be available for the Sierra and Silverado. Although I would still recommended the FXR for the Sierra. Since the Sierra requires to open the back of the headlight it doesn't matter that the MLed is smaller. My other concern with the Sierra retrofit is that if the MLed project has an issue it means the whole thing needs to be removed. That would require the back or the lense to be removed again. The FXR projector doesn't fail, but if a bulb or ballast did it is an easy swap. Hope that all makes sense. Lol. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  4. If both are out then you need to go back to the single points of failure. That would be 1.) Where the relay harness connects to the OEM input plug. 2.) Capacitor link c9nnection 3.) Connection at the battery I would lean towards the 1st as those plugs can come lose. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  5. For the Sierra? Yes. That code works. We don't sell the 4.0 for Silverado at the moment. Honestly would do the FXR over the 4.0 anyhow..... Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

  7. I created a discount for members on this forum. It is for a "GM Bundle". The bundle is a retrofit kit for Sierra (FXR or D2S mini) or Silverado (FXR) combined with a set of Morimoto Xbled Fog light assemblies. The discount code is 75off_gmbundle and is worth $75 off the total. It can only be used when combining fogs and a retrofit kit (the full kit, not just the bracket). I'll keep this code valid until the end of the month. Use it at www.fastheadlights.com Phil Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

  11. Quick answers for you Use led in highs if you really want to have a matching color. Hid needs time to warm up and the constant on and off nature of high beams is bad for a hid setup. Led will not perform like hid but will give color matching you are looking for. If you do an fxr conversion down the road you will get high beam functionality from that and it will make your decision on what to do with you current high beams easier as you won't be relying on them. Hid reliability is pretty good. Led on the other hand in my experience......we do many more warranty exchanges with led based products than hid. I know I have left a few things off as far as your questions but only time for a quick reply. Lol. Hope that helps. Phil Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  12. You are welcome and you are correct on the install. Good luck Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  13. Looks good. No canbus needed Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  14. Just finished the bracket kit for the need Morimoto Mini D2S 4.0. This is the kit guys. Amazing projector and drop in install from the rear. The performance many are saying beats the FXR. Here is a link to the directions on how the retrofit goes: http://www.fastheadlights.com/mobile/Product.aspx?ProductCode=buy_d2s4_sierra_kit No more excuses for crappy OEM headlight performance. Lol. Anybody can do this conversion now. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  15. Use a zip tie to pull them together tightly. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  16. When you installed them did you have the rod on the bulb facing up or down? It should be down....... Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  17. Get some.of these and put them in the headlights. Even a little humidity inside the lights can create fogging. A drop of water turns into a lot of fog when it evaporates. These packs will absorb any humidity in the lights. https://www.theretrofitsource.com/silica-gel-moisture-packs-48728.html Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  18. I just completed an adapter kit to do just this. Email me at [email protected] and you can try it out. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  19. Put some dielectric grease on the connections Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  20. You would just need the projectors, with brackets and some d2h bulbs. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

  23. Yes. We prep every paint job surface by glass blasting it. Glass blasting works great for frosting the lense. You can get some frosting spray at Lowe's or Home Depot if you don't have access to a blast cabinet. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  24. We added the Diode Dynamics switchback boards for the leds. Added fxr projectors with hids as well. Also did his mirrors. Painted then, installed switchback strips in mirrors and added tinted lenses. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  25. PhilRiley on Instagram. We made those lights and fogs for him. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
